The Boston College football team will be wearing special uniforms designed by Under Armour during its game Saturday vs. Maryland.

The uniforms are in support of the Wounded Warrior Project, which provides services for injured US military personnel and their families. After the game, the jerseys worn by BC players will be auctioned on BC's sports web site.

Three members of the US military who are part of the Wounded Warrior Project will be the honorary captains. They are Will Ramos of Taunton, Daniel Perry of Belchertown, and Sean Judge, whose mother is a BC alumna.

Kickoff is at 1 p.m. at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill.
