Boston College running back Andre Williams has rushed his way into the record books, running for over 2,000 yards for just the 16th time in FBS college football history. In his historic season for the Eagles, he has even broke his way into the conversation for the Heisman Trophy, which hasn’t been won by a BC player since Doug Flutie in 1984. ESPN’s Heisman Watch has Williams ranked as high as second, trailing only Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston, but Williams’ injury against Syracuse may have hurt his chances.
