The Boston College football team yesterday traveled to Charlotte, N.C., for its appearance opposite Navy in Saturday's Meineke Car Care Bowl. It's not likely, though, that the Eagles, who will be making their second bowl trip to Charlotte in three years, will have as many fans in attendance as, say, BC's 1984 Cotton Bowl team, which according to former sports ...
