First the good news from Boston College after yesterday’s third scrimmage of training camp. The Eagles may have found a consistent long-range field goal kicker, as redshirt freshman Nate Freese, taking advantage of the leg injury to Ryan Quigley, again was solid, connecting from 51 and 39 yards and hitting the left upright on a 47-yard attempt.
