Tennessee 64, LSU 62— Bashaara Graves made a late steal and soon after scored inside with a second left to help the No. 12 Lady Vols narrowly avert a second straight upset with a victory over the Tigers.
Northeastern 59, Hofstra 57 — Jewel Tunstull hit a jumper in the paint with one second left to seal the victory for the Huskies in Hempstead, N.Y. A’lece Mark led NU with 16 points, including 10 in the second half. Deanna Kerkhof had 14 points and Tunstull had 13 for the Huskies (13-8, 6-4 CAA).
Butler 60, URI 45 — Daress McClung had 19 points and Liz Stratman added 12 to lift the Bulldogs over the Rams in Indianapolis. Hannah Douglass added 11 points for Butler (14-8, 5-2 Atlantic 10). The Rams were led by Tayra Melendez with 13 points and Symone Bullard with 10 while falling to 5-17 and 0-7.
Saint Louis 59, UMass 50 — Jasmine Watson scored a game-high 20 points and added 11 rebounds but the host Billikens (10-12) used a strong second- half run to overcome the visiting Minutewomen (3-20). Saint Louis was led by Lorreal Jones with 13 points.
