Deshaun Thomas and Aaron Craft scored 9 of Ohio State’s points in a decisive 11-2 run, leading the 14th-ranked Buckeyes past No. 2 Indiana, 67-58, Tuesday night in Bloomington, Ind.

Thomas finished with 18 points and Craft added 15 as the Buckeyes (22-7, 12-5 Big Ten) won their fourth straight.

After clinching a share of their first conference title in 11 years with losses by Michigan State and Wisconsin on Sunday, the Hoosiers (25-5, 13-4) were trying to claim their first outright Big Ten crown since 1993. They will have another chance Sunday at No. 7 Michigan.

Cody Zeller scored 17 points but the Hoosiers weren’t themselves, losing for the second time in three games.

Ohio State retook the lead midway through the second half when Indiana went more than five minutes without a basket, took control with the late run, and never allowed the Hoosiers to get closer than 6 points.

Duke 85, Virginia Tech 57 — Seth Curry scored 20 points in his final home game and the No. 3 Blue Devils pulled away to beat the Hokies in Durham, N.C.

Fellow senior Ryan Kelly added 18 points in his second straight strong performance since coming back from an injury for the Blue Devils (26-4, 13-4 ACC).

They shot nearly 52 percent to finish unbeaten at home for the 17th time in school history.

Erick Green scored 25 points to lead Virginia Tech (13-17, 4-13).

Kansas St. 79, TCU 68 — Angel Rodriguez had 21 points and 10 assists as the No. 9 Wildcats beat the visiting Horned Frogs (10-20, 1-16 Big 12).

The win keeps the Wildcats (25-5, 14-3) tied with No. 4 Kansas for first place in the Big 12.

Marquette 60, Rutgers 54 — Jamil Wilson scored all 10 of his points in the second half, including a late 3-pointer that put the No. 15 Golden Eagles ahead for good, and Marquette rallied by the host Scarlet Knights (13-15, 4-13 Big East).

Vander Blue had 22 points and made two game-sealing free throws with 13.9 seconds left for Marquette (22-7, 13-4 Big East), which kept pace with Georgetown and Louisville for the regular-season title with one game left.

Notre Dame 66, St. John’s 40 — Jerian Grant had 21 points and eight assists, Eric Atkins added 15 points, and the No. 24 Fighting Irish (23-7, 11-6 Big East) held the Red Storm (16-13, 8-9) to 18 percent shooting in the second half in South Bend, Ind.

Notre Dame’s Cameron Biedscheid and Sir’Dominic Pointer of the Red Storm got in a skirmish with 1:46 left. Both players were given technicals and ejected.

Memphis 56, UTEP 54 — Chris Crawford scored 15 points and the No. 25 Tigers (26-4, 15-0) remained undefeated in Conference USA with a victory over the host Miners (16-13, 9-6).

Akron 72, Miami (Ohio) 58 — Zeke Marshall had 14 points as the host Zips (24-5, 14-1) wrapped up their second straight Mid-American Conference title by beating the RedHawks (8-20, 3-12).

Providence 76, Seton Hall 66 — Kadeem Batts had 27 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Friars to a victory over the Pirates (14-16, 3-14 Big East).

Vincent Council had 13 points and seven assists in his final home game for Providence (17-12, 9-8).

Women

Cornell 53, Dartmouth 45 — Faziah Steen led the Big Green (6-20, 4-8 Ivy) with 12 points, but the hosts couldn’t hold on against the Big Red (12-14, 4-8).
