Mickey McConnell wasn’t sure about the comparison to former NBA standout Mark Price. But the 6-foot-2-inch junior guard from Saint Mary’s was certainly appreciative of Villanova coach Jay Wright’s remark before the 10th-seeded Gaels defeated the second-seeded Wildcats, 75-68, last Saturday in the second round of the South Regional.
