Top-seeded Boston U. routs Ohio State

MANCHESTER, N.H.—Jason Lawrence and Zach Cohen each scored twice, and Matt Gilroy had a career-high four assists in top-seeded Boston University's 8-3 victory over Ohio State on Saturday night in the NCAA hockey Northeast Regional.

The Terriers (32-6-4) will face Hockey East rival New Hampshire -- a 6-5 overtime winner over North Dakota -- on Sunday in the regional final.

Nick Bonino added a goal and two assists, Brandon Yip and Chris Higgins each had a goal and an assist, and Corey Trivino also scored for Boston University.

Hunter Bishop, Zach Pelletier and Matt Bartkowski scored for Ohio State (23-15-4).
