David Ortiz takes a selfie with the president

Red Sox slugger David Ortiz presented President Barack Obama with a jersey during a ceremony honoring the team at the White House Tuesday morning. When Obama suggested the two take a photo together, Ortiz took out his phone and snapped his own pic of himself and the president.

A little later on, Mike Napoli and Jonny Gomes posed in front of a portrait of one of their favorite former presidents:

Also from the event, Linda Pizzutti, wife of Red Sox principal owner John Henry, posted a photo of the Red Sox women on the South Lawn.
