Kraft appreciates what’s head in 2010

Today is the last Sunday without pro football for the next five months. And for that, Patriots owner Robert Kraft feels lucky, because there’s no telling what’s ahead.

That much was clear when, at the Patriots Kickoff Gala the other night, I asked him if there was anything different about this year.

“We’re working very hard to get a labor agreement and I probably appreciate this more knowing that since I’ve been in the league we’ve had labor peace,” Kraft said. “We’re gonna do everything we can to continue that. This is the greatest sport in America.”
