Chicago Bears Sign Brockton’s Own Al Louis-Jean

Brockton’s Al Louis-Jean signed with the Chicago Bears on Monday.

Former Boston College defensive back and Brockton High School star Albert Louis-Jean was signed by the Chicago Bears Monday.

Louis-Jean, a Boston Globe All-Scholastic while at Brockton High School, played 23 games in three season for Boston College, tallying 36 tackles, an interception, two forced fumbles, and four passes defensed.

The 6-2, 195-pounder had attended the Bears rookie minicamp last month on a tryout basis, impressing Marc Trestman’s staff enough to at least fight for a job.
