A trend in the making?

Colin Kaepernick, the 25-year-old second-year QB for the 49ers, will start the tenth game of his professional career in the Super Bowl, but that's not the only headline in his agenda. Kaepernick filed an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office in mid-January to trademark his signature touchdown celebration "Kaepernicking."

You may see him kissing his right bicep during the Super Bowl, but if you do it in the future, you might have to pay him royalties.
