Panthers quarterback Cam Newton may have his trademark “Superman” touchdown celebration, but Packers running back Eddie Lacy can say he’s got a little “Hulk” in him.

Before the opening game of the NFL season on Thursday, Lacy was seen sporting an Incredible Hulk shirt underneath his Packers jersey as Green Bay prepared to face the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.

Whether the Hulk shirt will bring any luck to the running back in his sophomore season is yet to be seen, but he certainly played like Bruce Banner’s alter ego last season, rushing for a Packers rookie-record 1,178 yards with 11 touchdowns, earning his first career Pro Bowl nod.

Lacy was drafted by the Packers in the second round of the 2013 draft after starring at the University of Alabama. Lacy won the 2012 SEC Championship game MVP and was a member of three BCS championship teams from 2010-13, being named MVP of the title game in 2013.
