The Brady-Meter
11/18/2003
Given all the hype leading up to Sunday night's game, we were expecting the latest Tuna Bowl to be a tasty affair, well played and exciting. Nah. The Patriots did manage to beat Bill Parcells' Cowboys 12-0, but only because the Cowboy offense was totally offensive. So what if America's Team racked up more yards than the Pats? Quincy Carter also threw three INTs and old friend Terry Glenn was MIA. Against the stingy Dallas D, our guy Tom Brady didn't play that badly, but he didn't play that well, either.
WEEK 10: Taking advantage of eight Cowboy penalties and the longest catch of David Givens's career, the Pats win ugly. Real ugly.
RATING: Mike Brady
EPISODE: In "Ghost Town," the first of a three-part series filmed on location at the Grand Canyon, the Brady Bunch meets up with a mean old prospector, Zaccariah T. Brown. Concerned that the Bradys are looking to take his gold, Brown locks the family in a jail cell. All the ingredients are there for a great episode, but then Mike Brady gets the family out and nothing happens.
