FALCONS (3-10) vs. COLTS (10-3)
When, where: Sunday at 1 p.m. in Indianapolis.
TV: Channel 64.
Last meeting: Colts won, 41-27, in 2001.
Comments: In the Falcons' thrilling overtime victory over Carolina on Sunday night, QB Michael Vick rushed for 141 yards in his 2003 starting debut. It proved to be not enough to salvage head coach Dan Reeves's job, as defensive coordinator Wade Phillips takes over for the rest of the season. Indianapolis's 29-27 win over Tennessee last week gave the Colts sole possession of first place in the AFC South and kept them within striking distance of the Patriots in the battle for the second AFC playoff bye. QB Peyton Manning (3,611 yards, 23 TDs) is having an MVP-caliber season.

COWBOYS (8-5) vs. REDSKINS (5-8)
When, where: Sunday at 4 p.m. in Washington.
TV: Channels 25 and 64.
Last meeting: Cowboys won, 21-14, Nov. 2.
Comments: Last week's 36-10 loss to the Eagles virtually ended the Cowboys' hopes for a division championship, and Dallas will need to rebound after consecutive losses in which it was outscored, 76-31, to avoid falling out of playoff contention altogether. For the Redskins, Tim Hasselbeck has filled in well at QB for Patrick Ramsey, lost for the season with a foot injury sustained in Week 11. Hasselbeck threw for two touchdowns and 154 yards in last week's 20-7 win over the New York Giants.

GIANTS (4-9) vs. SAINTS (6-7)
When, where: Sunday at 8:30 p.m. in New Orleans.
TV/radio: ESPN; WEEI (850), WZAN (970).
Last meeting: Giants won, 21-13, in 2001.
Comments: New York is mired in a five-game losing streak. QB Jesse Palmer will replace Kerry Collins, who injured his left ankle last week. New Orleans's slim playoff hopes were all but squashed by last week's 14-7 loss to Tampa Bay. Last week, RB Deuce McAllister's streak of nine straight 100-yard games came to an end.
