Of note: The Jaguars have an 8-2 edge in the series, but Cleveland won the last two visits to Jacksonville, in 2001 and 2002 . . . After an 0-2 start, the Jaguars have won three of their last four games, including last Sunday's 24-17 victory over Denver . . . Cleveland has the third-worst offense in the NFL, averaging 255.5 yards per game . . . The Browns' Pro Bowl tight end, Kellen Winslow Jr., will miss the game because he was suspended for comments critical of the team made after its 14-11 loss Sunday. Winslow missed the Browns' 35-14 win over the Giants a week earlier for an injury he later revealed to be a staph infection. Winslow's appeal of his suspension will be heard Tuesday.
NEW YORK GIANTS AT PITTSBURGH

Of note: Both teams are 5-1. The Giants lead the series, 43-28 . . . The Giants' Eli Manning and Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger meet for the first time since 2004, when Pittsburgh took a 33-30 win in Roethlisberger's first career 300-yard game. Manning threw for a then-career-high 182 yards in the loss . . . Pittsburgh RB Willie Parker has been practicing and is listed as probable after suffering a strained knee in a loss to the Eagles Sept. 21 . . . Pittsburgh leads the league in total defense (228.3 yards per game) and pass defense (158.7) . . . The Giants lead the conference in rushing yards with 169.7 per game.
INDIANAPOLIS AT TENNESSEE

Last season: Indianapolis won, 22-20, Sept. 16.
Of note: The Colts (3-3) lead the series, 15-11, but are off to their worst start since opening 3-3 in 2001 . . . Indianapolis is giving up 340.2 yards per game as it awaits the return of safety Bob Sanders, who hasn't been to practice after suffering a knee injury . . . The undefeated Titans (6-0) are coming off a 34-10 win over Kansas City in which they racked up a franchise-record 332 rushing yards. Chris Johnson led all runners with 168 yards.
