Self-respecting fantasy owners didn’t need my advice to pick up Brian Westbrook. It’s too obvious. The former Eagles star’s name lit up the waiver wire earlier this week in the wake of 49ers star Frank Gore’s unfortunate hip injury, but there’s a helpful lesson to be learned from this development, particularly with most fantasy playoffs beginning next week.
