NEW YORK—Oakland Raiders defensive lineman Richard Seymour has been fined $30,000 by the NFL for punching Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito during the game between the teams Sunday.

Seymour is a repeat offender, who had to pay $25,000 last season after punching Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

New England's Jerod Mayo and Detroit's Brandon Pettigrew were each fined $25,000. Mayo struck Indianapolis quarterback Dan Orlovsky "in the head and neck area," but wasn't penalized. Pettigrew was fined for abusive conduct toward an official at New Orleans, and was called for a personal foul after making contact with him.

Green Bay's Charles Woodson was fined $15,000 for hitting New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning in the head with his forearm, a play that resulted in a personal foul.
