Mix well the first four ingredients; spread in a 13 x 9 pan; cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
- 2 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz - softened
- 8 oz ranch dressing
- 8 - 12 oz Frank's red hot sauce (depends how hot you want it)
- 2 cups diced chicken (Perdue Short Cuts works well also)
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Serve with tortilla chips (scoops work the best) or may serve with celery and carrot sticks (then it's okay for South Beach Diet).
