Artrell Hawkins goes way back. Never made the playoffs in junior high. Didn't make 'em at Bishop McCourt High School in Johnstown, Pa., either. In the NFL, there were six seasons in Cincinnati (1998-2003). No playoffs. Hawkins played for Carolina last season, with similar results. (Full article: 634 words)
