Tom Brady has remained out of the public eye since suffering a season-ending knee injury during the Patriots' season-opening victory over the Kansas City Chiefs Sept. 7.

But this afternoon, celebrity news website TMZ.com posted a 43-second video clip featuring the quarterback and his supermodel girlfriend Gisele Bundchen in New York City.

On the video, Brady, dressed in jeans and a black coat, climbs out of a black sport utility vehicle and crosses the street without the aid of crutches or a cane. He does not appear to have a noticeable limp, but walks gingerly up the stairs, holding the railing while following Bundchen into a brick building.

Brady, who has not yet had surgery on the torn anterior collateral and medial collateral ligaments in his left knee, ignored all questions from the cameraman, including what he thinks of current Patriots quarterback Matt Cassel's performance.
