Former Patriots defensive end Ty Warren apparently won’t be out of work for long.

Warren, unexpectedly released by the Patriots last week, agreed to a two-year, $10 million deal with the Denver Broncos that includes $2.5 million guaranteed, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported last night.

Warren, a first-round pick of the Patriots in 2003, played on the ’03 and ’04 Super Bowl champions. He missed all of 2010 with a hip injury.

The inside linebacker signed a four-year deal last night, agent Brian Mackler said. A person familiar with the deal told The Associated Press that the contract is worth $36 million, with $29.6 million guaranteed.

Harris, 27, was drafted in the second round out of Michigan in 2007. He has 428 tackles and 14 1/2 sacks in four seasons.

Meanwhile, all those intricate shapes and swirls tattooed on Rex Ryan’s right leg continued to be a topic of discussion. The coach said the tattoo has a pretty simple meaning.

“Believe in yourself,’’ the Jets coach revealed on the team’s Facebook page yesterday. “Which I’ve got no problem doing.’’

The tribal-style ink, which Ryan got while on vacation in Hawaii last month, caused quite the buzz Monday when the Jets reported for training camp. Pictures of the tattoo quickly circulated around the Internet, with people wondering what in the world it was exactly.

The tattoo is black and curls up from the top of his right ankle to just below his knee. “You’ve got the mountains, you’ve got the waves and the shark tooth down there,’’ Ryan said. “You’ve got it all working.’’
