Chicken Dance = $260,000

If Jabar Gaffney is looking for a follow up to his touchdown celebration during last week's AFC Championship game (in which he mocked a few of the San Diego Chargers' trademark moves), might we suggest the Chicken Dance.
Fast-food chain KFC is taking a new approach to advertising for the Super Bowl: Instead of running commercials during breaks in the action, KFC wants to be part of it.The restaurant is offering to donate $260,000 to charity in the name of any player who does a Chicken Dance celebration in the end zone.
The offer is also available to celebrity performers during pregame and halftime shows. The player or performer must perform at least three seconds of the wing-flapping portion of the well-known Chicken Dance because the $260,000 is the cost of three seconds' worth of advertising.
The donation would be nearly half of Gaffney's reported base salary this season.
We're guessing KFC would feel a whole lot better about this gimmick's potential if Chad Johnson were planning on being in Glendale next weekend.
Anyone who wants to practice their own Chicken Dance can listen to the song HERE. For those new to the Chicken Dance, the "steps" are broken down HERE.
