Don't do me like that

Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers met with the media this afternoon for a very loose press conference in advance of the band's halftime performance on Sunday at Super Bowl XLII.

Among the topics discussed: Shoutouts to Seattle stations, playing in front of a large TV audience, and whether a reporter could score tickets to the band's concert in New Jersey.

But, like any good rocker, Petty saved his best stuff for the end of the short conference and sent the audience home cheering. Check out the clip below where Petty discusses the challenge of picking a 12-minute setlist and offers his thoughts on the news that Bill Belichick has been listening to Petty's CDs this week.
