The Super Bowl is one of the biggest events in the world of entertainment, and with that comes plenty of opportunity to make and lose money. In addition to betting on the outcome of the game, gamblers know you can make "prop bets" on almost any measurable detail surrounding it.

Here are some of the more interesting ones (as of 4 p.m. Wednesday on Bovada.com):

Player odds to win MVP:

Tom Brady: 7/5
Eli Manning: 9/4
Rob Gronkowski: 10/1
Chad Ochocinco: 50/1
Kyle Arrington: 100/1

Color of Madonna's hair during the halftime show:

Blonde: -400
Any other color: +250

(For the newbies, the "minus" means that choice is favored, while "-400" means you have to bet the equivalent of $400 to win the equivalent of $100).

How long will it take Kelly Clarkson to sing the national anthem? (over/under 1:34)

Over: -120
Under: -120

How many times will Peyton Manning be shown on TV during the game? (over/under 3.5)

Under: -110

How many times will David Tyree's 2008 Super Bowl catch be shown on TV during the game? (over/under 1.5)

Tom Brady over/under 320.5 passing yards:

Chad Ochocinco over/under 0.5 receptions:

What will be higher: Tom Brady's TD passes or Bruins total team goals vs. Capitals Sunday?
