Patriots middle linebacker Jerod Mayo walked through the Patriots locker room today without crutches and didn't seem to have much of a limp, weeks after spraining his medial collateral ligament in his right knee against the Buffalo Bills in the season opener.

Mayo has not participated in practice since the injury. Sources familiar with the injury estimated he could be out any where from six to eight weeks.
