FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo is back in stride in the eyes of Patriots coach Bill Belichick.

Mayo returned against Denver (Oct. 11) after missing three games with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his knee, and since his return is back on track, Belichick said.

"I think he looks confident," Belichick said. "He's comfortable. He's running well. He's changing directions well. He's tackling well. I think he's fine.
