FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots rookie safety Patrick Chung has been fined $7,500 days after he received a roughing the passer penalty for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Henne in Sunday's 27-17 victory.

The hit in the third quarter of Sunday's game resulted in a 15-yard penalty, moving the Dolphins to their own 41-yard line. But Miami was unable to score on the drive.
