Hype underway in Bayou

They aren't wasting time in New Orleans. This, it stands to reason, will carry as much cache as any regular-season home game has in quite some time for the Saints.

That's why Times-Picayune columnist Peter Finney basically ignored the home team's dispatching of Tampa in his piece this morning, and immediately turned to next Monday's showdown. Here's the lead ...

Ooooohhhhhh .... Look out folks. Smoke's starting to come out of the hype machine, and we're still seven days away. Since this game is on ESPN's air, and it's a 10-0 club against the "Team of the Decade", expect the publicity here to make like a runaway train.
