Chris Gasper wrote here about Randy Moss and Rasheed Wallace -- Two athletes that he says can be difficult to root for.
So here's another question relevant to all that's happened of late ... Can pro athletes change late in their careers?
In 2007, it appeared Moss had. Then again, that same year, it seemed like Terrell Owens had reformed from his Philadelphia days in his second season as a Cowboy. And we all know how that worked out.
Truth is, I was told over and over again when the Moss trade happened almost three years ago that you could trace all his issues to losing. That's how New England's been his elixir. Has he really changed? I'd say that the problems he's had this year -- with even a little adversity -- could lead you to think "No."
