The Vikings moved up to No. 2 in this week's Power Index, which combines various statistics to measure a team's offensive, defensive and combined efficiency.

The Saints held steady at No. 1, while the Patriots also remained in their place from a week ago at fourth.

Five teams moved up three spots each. The Ravens jumped from ninth to sixth, the Jets from 14 to 11, the Texans from 16th to 13th, the 49ers to 17th from 20th, and the Titans went from 25 to 22.

The Carrdinals were the biggest loser, falling from 11th to 15th following a Monday Night Football loss to the 49ers. Another big loser, the Browns, moved out of last place with a win over the Steelers last Thursday.
