Looks like Rex Ryan has gone and done it again.

This week, the Jets coach apprised the media that despite some long odds from the wiseguys, his team should be Super Bowl favorites. And now there's this from my pal Tim Graham of ESPN.com's AFC East blog ...

Ryan handed the team a rather, ahem, optimistic schedule for the playoffs. The final obligation: A Feb. 9 trip to the Canyon of Heroes, celebrating, yup, the Jets' second world championship.

Nice.

Ryan's a lot of things. But he's not boring. Unfortunately for him, there's a pretty good chance that today's game in Chilly Cincy will be the last date the Jets actually make this season.
