So we passed along the Sporting News' list a few days ago, and now Pete Prisco of CBSSports.com has his own Top 32 free-agents.

The results are similar ... Most of the best are restricted. Only nine of the 32 are unrestricted, and a handful of those promise to be tagged.

Speaking of being tagged, Vince Wilfork (No. 3) is the only UFA among the Top 10, showing the barren market that looms for teams looking to upgrade.

Had enough of all the rankings? Well, another CBSSports.com writer, the respected Clark Judge, came up with another list that was a little different. And really interesting too.

Judge names 10 players who should have warning labels attached to their names.

The group: LaDainian Tomlinson, Terrell Owens, Kyle Vanden Bosch, Antonio Pierce, Neil Rackers, Larry Johnson, Ty Law, Willie Parker, Javon Kearse and ... That's right, Julius Peppers. I'm gonna have my own thoughts on Peppers shortly, but for now, you can check out what Clark or ex-NFL lineman Ross Tucker have to say.

The guy's not a slam-dunk signing for anyone. A lot of thought's going to have to go into that one for any team considering opening the checkbook for him.
