When kids dream of one day being on a Wheaties box, this might not be what they had in mind ... In fact, when I was playing high school football, our team got put on one of these boxes called "Hometown Stars," so I'm not sure how big a deal this really is ...
But Redskins linebacker and ex-Hurricane Rocky McIntosh thought it was cool, so who am I to argue? The box you see there promotes the University of Miami's "Pipeline to the Pros", and plastered on the cereal container are dozens of 'Canes who wound up in the NFL.
Looking on the front of the box, in the bottom right corner, and you'll find a certain No. 75 you might recognize. And on the top left corner of the back of the box, there's a No. 82 who some of you might like to become one of his teammates.
Want more Wilfork? Go to this Reebok ad over on YouTube. Big Vince is the star of the show there, even upstaging a Super Bowl MVP who was part of the team that did this to his Hurricanes (Sorry, couldn't help it ...)
