Last weekend, the Roseville (Calif.) High weight room was broken into. And only one thing was taken:

A signed Patriots jersey given to the school by its famous alum Tedy Bruschi.

Caught wind of this earlier today on colleague Shalise Manza Young's Twitter feed, and it seems like word's already gotten around and people are picking up on it.

According to the report from News 10 in Sacramento, it happened sometime between Friday night and Monday morning, and the jersey was a gift from Bruschi to his high school coach Larry Cunha. Local authorities are asking people to call (916) 783-7867 with any information on the case.

Could be a prank by a rival high school, or more than that. Either way, police are looking for the perpetrators.
