Former Patriots running back Corey Dillon was arrested last night in Calabasas, Calif. on allegations of spousal abuse, the second time in less than a month that he has been arrested.
According to tmz.com, Dillon's estranged wife Desiree called 911 claiming she had been assaulted. A police report with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department shows she suffered minor injuries.
Desiree filed for divorce last month; the alleged assault occurred in their home during an argument over the divorce and child custody issues.
Dillon, who set New England's single-season rushing record in 2004, was also arrested in California on April 21 for driving under the influence.
