Ty Warren will join teammates Steve Neal, Sebastian Vollmer and Damione Lewis at a local middle school tomorrow for the "Summer Reading Blitz."

And that means, maybe most significantly, that Warren is back in town after spending most of his time in his native Texas this offseason. He can speak with authority now, too, on the subject of education.

As you might remember, Warren passed on a $250,000 workout bonus to pursue his degree at Texas A&M. Final exams in College Station concluded on May 12, but another reason for Warren to stay back was to be with his three children.

He's expecting to graduate from A&M next spring. So we'll be there tomorrow to talk to him about the education he's really made a priority, and it seems like he'll be doing the same thing with the middle schoolers in attendance.
