Cunningham comes to terms
Patriots second-round pick Jermaine Cunningham has agreed to terms on a four-year deal.
His reps at SportsStars will be in Foxborough to finalize the contract tomorrow.
Cunningham, the 53rd overall pick and one of three ex-Florida Gators in New England's draft class, becomes the ninth of 12 draft picks to sign. The rookie reporting date is tomorrow, with training camp opening on Thursday.
Fellow second-round picks Rob Gronkowski and Brandon Spikes could well make it in tomorrow as well, though the team has a ways to go with first-round pick Devin McCourty. It's important to note here that Thursday, really, is the important day for the high picks to come in by.
And hopefully, this attempt to blog from the iPhone works. We'll see...
