Patriots announce schedule for opening days of camp

brady-camp.JPGIt was a safe bet that a fair number of Patriots fans would be at Gillette Stadium on July 29 for the first day of training camp, but now we know what time things will kick off.

This afternoon, New England posted the schedule for the first five days of camp on its website, and as expected, there are two practices slated for July 29: the first begins at 9:30 a.m. (ending at 11:15), and the second runs from 3:45-5:30 p.m.

The Patriots Experience area, a football-themed playground of sorts, will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be double sessions each of the first four days.

The schedule as posted:

Thursday, July 29
9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
3:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Experience 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Friday, July 30
9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
3:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Experience 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday, July 31
9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
3:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Experience 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunday, August 1
9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
3:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Experience 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Monday, August 2
9:30 to 11:15 a.m.
Experience 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
