FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots quarterback Tom Brady participated in the team walkthrough this morning, but did not make an appearance in the locker room while it was open to the media.

Brady also took part in the team's 1 p.m. practice session. The first few minutes were open to the media to observe.

Brady's teammates were told about the accident this morning by Patriots coach Bill Belichick. Once the quarterback showed up, he appeared to be OK, Patriots linebacker Tully Banta-Cain said.

"I saw him, I asked him if he was OK, he said, 'I'm fine," Banta-Cain said.

Patriots offensive lineman Stephen Neal seemed surprised by the dozens of TV cameras and media members in the locker room today. Neal said he didn't know the seriousness of the accident but that Brady was out at the walkthrough "calling everything."

Patriots center Dan Koppen said the team's thoughts were with everyone involved in the accident.

"It's kind of crazy, unfortunately, but I think he's alright," Koppen said. "Hopefully, everybody came out of it OK. It's one of those things where, you just never want anything like that to happen to anybody. Hopefully, he's OK," Koppen said.

Brady's agent Don Yee released the following statement: "I want to thank the safety personnel for their service, and express our concern and support for the well-being of the occupants of the other vehicle. I don't have any other information to share at this time."
