Cornerback Terrence Wheatley, running back Kevin Faulk, and offensive lineman Nick Kaczur were the only players missing from practice today, the Globe's Shalise Manza Young reports.

Faulk said earlier today his season is over because of a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee.

The players are in pads as they start the first day of practice for the week. We will be back later with the Patriots practice/injury participation report.
