Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that the Patriots and Chiefs have made a trade which will send safety Jarrad Page to New England for a conditional draft pick.

Page signed his restricted free agent tender on Friday; the 6-foot, 225 pound former UCLA product had asked for the Chiefs to trade him several times and made no secret of the fact that he was unhappy with the team.

He is now with the Patriots.

Page played in just five games last season and had 19 tackles and a forced fumble; in 2008, he started all 16 games and had 85 tackles, 4 interceptions, 12 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles.
