Colleague Michael Whitmer is just off the practice field and reports that four players were not spotted during the media window for today's full-pads session: Randy Moss, Terrence Wheately, Nick Kaczur and suspended OL Quinn Ojinnaka.

Wheatley was in the locker room with a walking boot on his left foot, making it pretty obvious he wouldn't be out at practice.

On the good news side, Jermaine Cunningham, Ron Brace and Kyle Arrington returned to practice, greatly increasing the likelihood that they will play this Sunday against the Bengals.

Julian Edelman and Laurence Maroney were in sweats as observers.

We get the first injury report of the season just after 4 p.m.
