092610.jpgIt is a beautiful early fall morning here in Foxborough, where the Patriots will play their second home game and third game of the season against the Buffalo Bills. Kickoff is 1 p.m.

If you missed it last night, New England added rookie LB Brandon Spikes to its injury report with a calf injury; he is listed as probable.

Also, LB Shawn Crable has been added to the 53-man roster, promoted off the Pats' practice squad. He is expected to play on passing downs and help with getting pressure on the quarterback. If as expected he suits up, it will be the first regular-season game action of Crable's career; he was the 78th overall pick in 2008.

As always, we'll have more throughout the day.
