FOXBOROUGH -- Patriots coach Bill Belichick didn't have an update on the status of kicker Stephen Gostkowski, but the team may have to get someone else in if the kicker isn't available.

Gostkowski missed a majority of yesterday's game with a thigh injury that he is having evaluated today. Belichick said Gostkowski's leg tightened up during pre game warm up and it didn't improve.

While the Patriots await news on Gostkowski's injury, Belichick said bringing in another kicker is "a possibility, we'll just see how it goes."

If Gostkowski needs some time to heal, it will be the first time since Belichick has been with the Patriots that he would have to bring in a kicker, he said.
