A league source confirms with colleague Greg Bedard that the Patriots have removed rookie DL Brandon Deaderick from the reserve/suspended list.

Deaderick was placed on the list a few days ago, and his punishment lasted less than a week.

It is believed that the seventh-round pick out of Alabama had been late to and/or missed several team meetings, leading to the suspension.

Placing Mike Wright on injured reserve opened up a roster spot to reinstate Deaderick. That means New England will have to make another move on Monday, when the seven-day roster exemption the team received when Brandon Spikes was reinstated from his four-game NFL suspension runs out.
