Bob Ryan and Christopher L. Gasper tackled a most interesting question this morning on Globe 10.0, and they had very different opinions.

You can argue until the end of the earth whether hockey goalie or football quarterback plays a bigger role in team success, but put a face on it -- in this case Bruins goalie Tim Thomas and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady -- and things really get interesting.
