Tampa Bay rookie free agent safety Devin Holland has been fined $10,000 for his hit on Danny Woodhead Thursday night. His agent confirmed the fine to the St. Petersburg Times.

Holland's helmet-to-helmet hit came in the fourth quarter on a punt play; Woodhead was on the ground for a second and got up only to have his legs give out from under him like wet spaghetti. His teammates held him up for a few moments.

Woodhead returned to practice yesterday.
