patriots_uniform_patch.jpgThe Patriots will wear a patch on their jerseys with the initials of Myra H. Kraft, the late wife of Patriots owner Robert Kraft, as a way of honoring her memory.

Myra Kraft died July 20 after a battle with cancer.

Every Patriots player and coach will wear the patch (depicted at right on a player jersey).

At halftime of Thursday night’s preseason opener at Gillette Stadium, a special segment will air on the regional broadcast of the game featuring Patriots greats reflecting on Myra Kraft.
