The NFL has fined Patriots safety Patrick Chung $7,500 for unnecessary roughness during a play in Miami on Monday night.

On the first drive of the game, Chung brought Dolphins running back Reggie Bush down from behind to stop him after a seven-yard gain, grabbing the back of Bush's helmet to do so. He drew a 15-yard unnecessary roughness penalty, which was offset by an offensive holding call on Miami tight end Anthony Fasano during the same play.
